The Triad 90-Day Workmanship Warranty
Triad Plumbing Systems LLC proudly provides a 90-Day Warranty on our workmanship and labor for all paid plumbing repairs and new installations. If a joint we soldered, a pipe we glued, or a fixture we installed leaks or fails within 90 days due to improper installation, we will return and fix it at absolutely no cost to you.
What is Covered
- Newly Installed Plumbing: All new pipes, fittings, and connections directly installed by Triad Plumbing technicians.
- Fixture Installations: Professional installation of water heaters, toilets, faucets, and garbage disposals supplied by Triad Plumbing.
- Manufacturer Parts: We honor all manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment we supply. (e.g., Bradford White tank warranties, Navien heat exchanger warranties). If a part we supplied fails under its manufacturer warranty within our 90-day labor window, the replacement labor is free.
What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)
To maintain our straightforward pricing and protect our business from variables outside our control, the following items are strictly excluded from this warranty:
- Existing Aging Pipes: We do not guarantee the structural integrity or lifespan of the existing pipes in your home. If a leak occurs in an old pipe adjacent to our repair, it is not covered.
- Customer-Supplied Parts: If you purchase your own fixture, toilet, faucet, or water heater for us to install, we warranty our installation labor only. We assume zero liability for defects, missing pieces, or failures of customer-supplied equipment.
- Drain Clearing & Stoppages: Due to the nature of drain blockages, cabling/snaking carries a limited 30-day warranty for soft stoppages only. No warranty is provided for stoppages caused by root intrusion, flushable wipes, grease, feminine products, or broken/bellied underground pipes.
- Underground & Landscape Lines: Because shallow-buried yard and irrigation lines are constantly subjected to ground shifting, weather, and lawn maintenance, spot repairs on exterior landscape lines carry no warranty.
- Courtesy/Complimentary Services: Any work performed as a $0.00 courtesy line item on your invoice carries no warranty or liability.
Conditions That Void The Warranty
Our guarantee ensures our professional work stands the test of time. However, this warranty is immediately rendered void if any of the following occur after our technicians leave your property:
- The installed plumbing is altered, modified, or tampered with by the homeowner or a third-party contractor.
- The plumbing system is subjected to abuse, freezing temperatures, natural disasters, or extreme El Paso hard-water scaling due to lack of maintenance.
- Failure to pay the original invoice in full.
