Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work. If a residential repair we performed fails due to our workmanship within 90 days, we come back and fix it at no cost to you.
What Is Covered?
This warranty covers the labor and installation methods used during your repair. It ensures that the specific task we were hired for was completed according to professional plumbing standards and local building codes.
If a repair or installation fails within 90 days of the invoice date due to a defect in the parts we supplied or a flaw in our installation process, we will return and resolve the issue immediately.
Exclusions
To keep things completely transparent, here are the industry-standard exclusions to our policy:
- Pre-existing Failures: System failures or aging pipes unrelated to our specific, documented work scope.
- Customer-Supplied Parts: We will warranty our labor (ensuring there are no installation leaks), but we cannot warranty the functionality of a faucet, toilet, or disposal you purchased yourself. If the customer-supplied part is defective out of the box, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
- Misuse & Drain Stoppages: Drain clearings are temporary fixes. Stoppages caused by misuse (wipes, heavy grease, foreign objects) or invasive tree root regrowth after the line was cleared are not covered under the 90-day warranty.
- Abuse or Neglect: The warranty is voided if the plumbing system is subjected to abuse, or if unauthorized contractors tamper with the repair after our service.
